Riceville VFD is a single station that has a 911 Paramedic response ambulance serving a community of 6,000 + as well as eastern Buncombe County Mutual Aid.  As a member of RVFD your will be assigned to a shift working the modified LA schedule, no Kelly days, and OT after 40 hours.  Other benefits include Health Insurance with family/dependent allowance Aflac allowance,  sick time and vacation begin accruing from 1st shift and eligible after 90 days, 401K enrollment, and much more.  Confidential applications may be requested by contacting Chief Tom Kelly.   chief@ricevillefire.org
