We got the metal band at Lowes for mobile homes cut to length and put reflective tape on it. Drill a hole on each end and use metal cable tie or stainless safety wire.

I have seen some put reflexive collard collars around the tops or around the 5" cap.

Here is a similar product just put color of flow on each hydrant.

For those FD's that are not allowed to paint the fire hydrant any color other than the color set forth by the water system owner, how did you mark your for ISO and where did you obtain the marking system. Thank you in advance
