Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to perform protective service work in fire prevention, education, investigation, and fire codes, as well as assist with emergency preparation and inspections. This is accomplished by performing daily inspections and field inspections, teaching informative classes, meeting and reviewing building codes and project requirements with contractors, reviewing plans, investigating fires, and enforcing fire codes.  Other tasks may include coordinating projects, developing outlines to educate other employees, and performing all duties of an EMT.

$55,536.00 Annually
