The McLeansville, North Carolina Fire Department seeks a FIRE CHIEF for the department who is a passionate fire safety expert and a true servant leader with the skills to inspire staff to outstanding performance, while supporting the Board of Directors and men and women of the department in meeting strategic objectives. The Fire Chief is responsible for all operations of the department, overseeing administrative, company operations, community risk reduction efforts, and providing leadership of the department.
