FIREFIGHTER/EMT-P: The Town of Indian Beach, population of 126 full-time residents and a seasonal population of around 7,000, is currently hiring full-time and part-time Firefighter/EMT-P’s. Applicants must be able to pass a written exam, ALS Scenario, physical agility/swim test, and panel interview. The Town’s Fire & EMS Department operates on a three shift modified rotation schedule and responds to fire, emergency medical, water rescue and disaster calls. Applicants must possess EMT-Paramedic, NC Firefighter II and Haz-Mat Ops. The town offers full medical, dental, vision, NCLGERS, NC 401K, sick leave and vacation leave to full time employees. Salary DOQ (Range - $42,369 - $65,764).
