FIREFIGHTER/EMT-B: The Town of Indian Beach, population of 126 full-time residents and a seasonal population of around 7,000, is currently hiring full-time Firefighter/EMT-Basic. Applicants must be able to pass physical agility/swim test, and panel interview. The Town’s Fire & EMS Department operates on a three shift modified rotation schedule and responds to fire, emergency medical, water rescue and disaster calls. Applicants must possess EMT-Basic, NC Firefighter II and Haz-Mat Ops. The town offers full medical, dental, vision, NCLGERS, NC 401K, sick leave and vacation leave to full time employees.
