Chief, We just built a new Main Station and Sub Station in 2019 to replace our original station built in 1964. See the Two Links below for plans. At that time both buildings cost totaled 1.1 mill. Also a few photos on our facebook.

The Main Stn has 4 bays-3 drive-though, 5 Offices, meeting room, sleeping quarters, kitchen, gym, living room ect.

The Sub Stn has 2 drive-though bays, office, restroom and storage room.

The City of Graham is looking to build 1 and possibly 2 satellite fire stations and I wanted to see if anyone has built a station within the last 5 years with the following amenities: 2-3 drive-thru bays, training room (sitting 50+ w/ tables and chairs), gym, individual sleeping quarters for on-duty staff, resident (live-in) bedrooms/bathrooms, Kitchen/Day Room Combo, etc. We are also looking to have an office or two for PD to use.  We are thinking 9,000-11,000 square feet. 

If you have stations that fit all or most of the items listed I would love to hear from you. Probably would like to do a site visit within the next couple of weeks as well.
