The Morehead City waterfront has become a hot spot for special events. Fishing tournaments, nearly every weekend, NC Seafood Festival and many other large events that attract numerous people.
Does anyone have a document that outlines safety responsibilities by event organizers. Such as; Organizers should postpone, delay, or cancel events during severe weather events? Or a guideline that states EMS/Fire should be on standby when an event reaches a certain number of attendance?
