Chief we have been using ER since March 2021. We are getting the hang of it but their customer service and transferring data from FH is not as good as advertised. I would strongly encourage more live and on line training. Since they have been acquired from ESO the training has come to a halt.

We are looking at the Emergency Reporting Software and would like any feedback from current users good and bad. We are also curious on anyone that switched from fire bridge/ Image Trend, was it difficult to get your reports and info migrated over to emergency reporting. Feel free to email me with any feedback you may have.
