Emergency Reporting to ESO

    Yes, we have run into many challenges with ESO as a platform.  ESO's customer service leaves much to be desired to say the least.  We have not been able to see data as cleanly as we would like and notice significant errors in the data reports.  Not having the ability to customize our incident reporting and being told that "it is not ready yet" is making us lean toward another RMS.

    Upon transitioning from Emergency Reporting to ESO, has anyone experienced increased complexity in accessing and generating data reports compared to the previous system? I have found the changeover to be less than satisfactory, particularly regarding the ease of obtaining necessary data.

    I'd be interested to hear if others have encountered similar challenges or if there are strategies to streamline the reporting process in ESO. Any insights on optimizing our use of the new system would be appreciated.
