Just wondering out of the 1200 fire departments in North Carolina are any others having as much trouble getting in contact with someone, via telephone, emails, answers on how to get things corrected, why was funds returned. Have you fill out all these forms and send in but yet no response. The list goes on. Sad part is for those that can remember when you got your turn around documents , filled them out and returned with a check the system seemed to work a lot better and more efficient. When you do get a rep on the phone, ask can we set up an appointment to come in, bring all our documents and checks to see if we can get things figured out, we told no, we don’t do that any more. After trying all day today again, well we figured we would ask here to see if we are the only ones.
