What are people doing for Repeat Customers which require services up to daily for assistance without transport. 

These are customers which are of good mental capacity to live alone but without the physical capacity to maintain a lifestyle without assistance.

We currently have worked with extra care agencies who provide minimal CNA care during the day and worked with other agencies to attempt to provide additional assistance.

The community paramedic program may provide additional benefits in the future, however it still will not provide all of the solutions for care in assisting up out of the floor. 

What situations and solutions are others dealing with.
