We are a Municipal Department with several Volunteers that are employed by the Town in other Departments. We have always stood on the "same type services rule" in FLSA to ensure this is in compliance. Has anyone heard of any recent changes to this. The most recent opinion letter I can find is from 2003.  My Manager is trying to verify our compliance.
