Chiefs,

We are looking for any department that has a contract or contracts with their respective County to co-exist within the same building.  We house an EMS unit and crew currently at our Station 1.  In the future, we are looking to raze our Fire Station 2 and build to house both the Fire Department and EMS in this building.  It will be a City-owned structure partnering with the County to put funds toward the construction cost.   Again, looking for examples of contracts that exist between your agency and the respective County that we get a copy of for reference to construct a contractual document.
