Iredell County is currently going through the same process. They have committed to Emergency Reporting and are underway with setting up Sunguard OSSI as their CAD software.

Onslow County has been using OSSI Sunguard CAD for years and the county VFDs have been using Emergency Reporting for a while now too. They currently do not have the data sharing between CAD and ER, however, the communications director (Ray Silance) is working on making it happen.

Johnston County Emergency Services is currently exploring moving from the FireHouse RMS platform and reaching out to other Counties, Municipalities and Organizations to inquire to what platforms have been effective in their operations. The platform would need to effectively address the following parameters: Shift Scheduling, Inspections, Training, Payroll and Operates with Sungard OSSI Cad Link.
