The Town of Warrenton owns a 1938 Ford Oren pumper that we would like to have refurbished.  I understand that Piedmont Correctional partners with Rowan-Cabarrus Community College to accomplish projects.  Does anyone have any experience with them on such a project?  If so, how do we go about finding more information?
