There are a couple of models out there. Here in Forsyth County we have a program where the VFD and the county works together to have county employees in the fire station of course giving the employee county benifits

Hey Folks,

I am trying to see if there are any career models where the Vol/503c department has partnered with a local government entity to provide a benefits and retirement package for their full time employees. If so could I get info on how the particulars were worked out in the agreement?
