Does anyone have a firearms policy less restrictive than absolutely no guns? 

Our current policy is no firearms - period, but our staff and volunteers are asking to be able to defend themselves either at the station or calls or both.  I am generally pro-gun, but there are lots of issues to consider and remedy before relaxing the policy.
