I am looking for career-based, fire service individuals, willing to discuss or share any career development plans that provide governance over firefighter and fire officer development for their respective departments. I have an interest in ensuring that our organizational career development programs continue to serve our membership, as well as the public we serve.  I hope to get a feel for what is happening across our state, so that we might remain up to speed with our own development programs.  The specific programs I am interested in receiving information on includes:
