I am requesting example by-laws for Chiefs Council Associations.  We currently have a Fire/Rescue Association with By-Laws.  We hold Chiefs meetings but do not have decision making power the way our system is set up and we as Chiefs cannot get the support to change the by-laws of our current County Association to limit votes to Chiefs or convert it to a Chiefs Council.  

 If anyone could share example stand alone Chiefs Council by-laws, joint Fire Association/Chief Council by-laws, or language within your County Fire Association by-laws that limits votes to Chiefs only it will be greatly appreciated.
