Good morning.  I have a question concerning primary and secondary fire districts.  Is any jurisdiction seeing issues with construction or modification to buildings within a primary or secondary fire district?  Are developers/contractors choosing not to build or modify due to costs associated with non-combustible materials versus wood frame construction?  Has any jurisdiction modified/amended either the primary or secondary fire district?
